DXBTINTZ Refund & Damage Policy
Refund Eligibility – Shipping Damage Only
At DXBTINTZ, refunds are only provided for items that were damaged during delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the customer must provide clear, unedited video proof showing:
- The package being opened for the first time
- The item inside in its damaged condition
- Visible evidence that the damage occurred during shipping
- No signs of tampering, misuse, or intentional damage
If the video does not clearly show that the damage happened during delivery, the refund request will be rejected.
Proof Requirements
Your video must meet all of the following conditions:
- The package must be shown before opening, including the shipping label
- The full unboxing must be recorded in one continuous shot
- The damage must be visible and consistent with shipping impact
- No cuts, edits, or staged scenarios
- The item must not show signs of intentional breakage or misuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the evidence suggests the damage was caused after delivery or intentionally staged.
Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The video proof is incomplete, unclear, or edited
- The damage appears to be caused by improper handling after delivery
- The customer cannot provide a full unboxing video
- The item was used, modified, or tampered with
- The damage is inconsistent with normal shipping impact
Refund Process
Once your video proof is reviewed and approved:
- We will notify you by email
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
If a refund is approved, only the product cost will be refunded.
