Description

The BST28 is a powerful round‑wire electric motor designed for lightweight electric bikes and high‑output conversions. It supports a wide range of models including Light Bee, Talaria X3, Rerode R1, E‑Ride Pro SS/SR, 79 Bike, and more. With a KV rating of 77.7, it delivers 28kW at 72V and up to 33kW at 96V, producing 67Nm of torque at peak current. The motor spins up to 9000rpm, uses 16mm² phase wires, and weighs 10.8kg.

It achieves 93% efficiency, features IP65 waterproofing, and uses an ABZP encoder with NTC 10k temperature sensing. With a 52T chainwheel and 62cm rear wheel, it reaches 130km/h at 72V and 160km/h at 96V. Available in both square and round encoder versions for each supported bike model.
